Alfredo Russo was born in Piemonte and is known for his successful restaurant ‘Il Dolce Stil Novo di Ciriè’, in the Province of Turin.
His cuisine is defined as New Italian Style, characterise by its innovative approach to Piedmontese and Italian traditions. The dishes are distinguished for their unique forms and textures, in addition to his attention to detail and the high quality of his ingredients.
